Thanks for your interest, Joel! The grains do come through very distinctly; the corn on the nose is particularly prominent, but you should also get some spice from the rye on your tongue and a grassy finish from the malt. In addition to drinking it over ice, we really enjoy it with some ginger beer, and some of the local bartenders are doing some really interesting things with it, especially over at DP: An American Brasserie and the Gastropub. If you feel like getting fancy at home, you can try some recipes from our friend Daniel! The comments don't allow links, so here's the site: http://fussylittleblog.com/2012/10/04/make-new-new-make-drinks/

Just bought my first bottle. Super fired up when I seen it on the shelf of my favorite liquor store. I'm sipping it over ice. To be honest, the smell of corn threw me off. But after a few tastes and letting the flavor mellow out I'm starting to enjoy it. How do you do your tasting and how do you recommend drinking it?

Thanks and love the informative blogs

Fair enough. But I got some bottles. You need bottles, just let me know. Don't know what the authorities would say, but I bet you could do pretty well with people bringing their own containers and paying you to fill 'em with your new make.

Just a helpful suggestion from Sir Fussypants.
